Dr. Kevin Rindal specializes in Chiropractic adjusting, soft-tissue therapy, and extremity joint rehabilitation. Dr. Kevin earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer he served a 1-year clinical internship in the Department of Sports Injury Rehabilitation. Prior to attending Palmer, he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University (SPU).
Dr. Kevin has obtained full body, long nerve entrapment, and biomechanics certification in Active Release Technique© and is also fully certified in Graston Technique©, two of the leading soft-tissue mobilization techniques used in rehabilitation today. Additionally, Dr. Kevin has received advanced training in extremity joint rehabilitation, active and passive physiotherapy techniques, low level laser therapy, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
In addition to Dr. Kevin’s practice experience in Washington State, he spent 2 years working with a group of doctors in Washington, DC and maintains an active license in DC (with physiotherapy privileges). Dr. Rindal is an active member of the following associations: the American Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, Washington State Chiropractic Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine. While in Washington, DC, Dr. Kevin quickly earned a reputation among many of the top collegiate, Olympic, professional, as well as amateur athletes in the DC Metro area as the expert in Chiropractic adjusting and soft tissue rehabilitation, effectively helping these athletes return to competition. This experience led to the opportunity of serving as the Team Chiropractor/ART provider for the US Women’s Ice Hockey Team during their training camp at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO and then at the 2008 World Championships in Harbin, China. As an active endurance athlete, and 2 IRONMAN triathlon finisher, Dr. Kevin understands the demands of physical training and competition and what it takes to keep athletes healthy and performing at their highest level.
Dr. Kevin and his wife Dana are natives of the Pacific Northwest and SPU Alumni. They enjoy living an active lifestyle and are also passionate about serving both the local and International communities.
